Inside a made to measure, sealed acrylic box and issued during the last 66 years is each and every resolution approved by the UN Council of Security referred to as “The Question of Palestine”. The particularity of the Security Council is that, unlike other UN agencies which can only make recommendations to governments, the United Nations Charter allows it to make decisions (called “resolutions”), forcing members to comply. However, the resolutions on “The Question of Palestine” have been systematically ignored by the State of Israel.

The sale of this piece is accompanied by an affidavit certifying the commitment to donating a total of $1,000 US in books specialized in contemporary art to the library of the International Academy of Art Palestine, located in the West Bank city Ramallah.
