Alán Carrasco has won the 2024 call of the Pilar Juncosa Awards and Grants of the Fundació Miró de Mallorca for a residency at The Slade School of Fine Art, University College London.
During his stay in the British capital, he will develop “Fierce Fumes”, an artistic research project that takes as its starting point The Great Smog, the atmospheric pollution phenomenon that devastated the city of London in December 1952.
